OCTA at the COP 15
OCTA participated, as an observer, at the UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen in December 2009.
As a part of the participation of OCTA at the COP 15, there was prepared a leaflet outlining the issues facing OCTA. The leaflet is titled "From the Poles to the Tropics, the OCTs, Hotspots and Climate Change".
